Reynolds to buy Waterfall Country Club?
Waterfall Country Club issued a letter to the members stating the propety has changed hands and closed on April 15th. Members need to bring their dues accounts current to be in good standing and not have to pay new membership initiation fees. I’ll update here with link when this comes out in the local newspaper.

Sky Valley, Kingwood, Waterfall golf courses in the news
Found this article which pretty much sums up the gloom and doom of the golf business. Sky Valley residents are watching this one closely. Link here for the Sky Valley article. If anybody wants to make an offer on the golf course, I’d be glad to write it.
Kingwood short sale lot closed
Let’s kick this blog off with a closing! After months of waiting for bank approval from SunTrust, we closed escrow on lot MM104, which looks straight on at the large waterfall in Kingwood Country Club.
